Scott admits to being the ultimate dreamer and so it’s really no wonder Mrs Dumpling is his dream woman. Happily married to Gill, together they have spent the past 30 years making and selling the various dolls they have created.

This project now represents an opportunity to accomplish Scott’s long held ambition of  growing a fun character led brand, through the help of a unique multi faceted retail and entertainment led experience,

David Ramsay
Managing Director

David has been appointed to help lead the dream team in achieving their aims and aspirations. With his already proven track record of successfully delivering concepts through to final consumer, David now looks forward to the opportunity and challenge of applying the wealth of experience and knowledge he gained working previously with top named companies and brands (including Coca cola) in now driving the Mrs Dumpling project on to fulfil its exciting plans and reach its full potential.

Gillian Harris
Design and Production Director/joint founder

Gill is the driving force behind the Dumpling Dolls Production, and having spent nearly all of her life making and designing dolls of all shapes and sizes this is a role that she is certainly very well qualified for.

Now also an accomplished self taught sculptor and modeller, she is never happier than when working on new ideas and perfecting  the couple's art-dolls which today have a collectorship and following around the world.

The couple have worked over the years and supplied major global corporations (including  Disney and  Sanrio) and also designed products for some of the UK’s leading  giftware companies. The Mrs Dumpling  project represents the culmination of a lifetimes worth of experience gained within the doll and gift industry.

Frog Morris
IT and Art Director.

Frog (and no, that’s not his real name!) studied Graphic Fine Art at Canterbury and went on to gain an MFA from Goldsmiths in 2007. Today his work can be seen in festivals, galleries and museums.

Frog was first introduced to Gill and Scott in 2003 through the endeavours of his own, now well established and respected, website design company which he began whilst studying, and has been successfully working with them on all their web based ideas ever since.  Frog’s illustrations and understanding of the company’s thinking and imaginative ideas, fuse exceptionally well with his own outstanding and fresh creative talents.

Sue Brewer
Editorial Director

Sue is already a very accomplished and much published writer in her own right and is acknowledged to be one of the UK's foremost authorities on post war dolls with several books on the subject and numerous articles regularly featured in many well respected publications.

Only recently introduced to Mrs Dumpling through her own love and interest in dolls, Sue now brings to the company her wealth of creative and informative writing. It's these two passions of hers that she now magically weaves and combines to head the literary division of Mrs Dumpling's world.

Mike Butler         
HR/ Operations Director

Joining us as the very latest recruit to Mrs Dumplings dream team, one of Mikes responsibilities within the company will  be to seek out, attract and recruit, the personnel deemed necessary to fully achieve the companies hoped for dreams and objectives and help further implement and contribute to the company’s planned for future growth

An established and successful head hunter with his own senior level management recruitment company, Mike now brings to the company his wealth of knowledge and experience gained in attracting the best to achieve the best for the best!

As a proud grandfather himself, Mike will also no doubt help us insure that the wholesome Mrs Dumpling family ethos is indeed one that will be properly projected and found appealing and enjoyed by all generations.

Michael Grant
New Product and Development Director

Michael Grant joins us with a renowned pedigree and highly respected standing within the UK Gift industry as both the worldwide CEO of Yarto© and as a  past president of the British Giftware Association. His remit within the company is the sourcing and developing of new products and ideas to carry forward the Mrs Dumpling brand .

Michael is himself the Father of young children and it’s the ethos and fresh wholesome and exciting approach the brand offers that has attracted him to the company.
